10 promises i made to my dog
Finally met up with the 2 ladies who were away in different continents for the hols yesterday. And as usual, we had a good time - dinner at Chinatown (Dad's new stall now sells BBQ stingray and such, seafood and also some other 'zhi char' dishes as well. Try the pillow sotong if you do drop by (super nice) - unit number's 02-029 at the hawker centre at Chinatown (above CK).
After dinner headed to Siglap's Haagan Daaz - first time there for me and Dan and we both think the ice-cream is heavenly! All chocolatey goodness for us - Belgium choc, choco choco chip and choco cookie topped with choco fudge and choco crunch! Played Uno and dice - guess who lost? 2 who've never lost whilst playing with the gang - Amanda and Danny. So they entertained us shortly with their forfeit - although no one else watched them besides us. As for today, went to Vivocity for 10 Promises I Made to My Dog. Super touching show that all dog lovers and owners should watch. I cried 5 times in the show, at least. So sad lah... but so sweet also. Makes you want to rush home and spend time with ur very own pooch. Makes you feel guilty for all the times you've ignored or blamed your dog for something. I guess the movie kinda changed me - for the better with regards to how I'll treat our beloved Vodka now. |
