Was just surfing the net and found out there's a climbing place in Toh Guan, which isn't very far from my place!!! AHHHH!!! And it looks superb! 8m walls with roof endings too... argh... I wanna go!!! Check out more at http://www.exponentasia.com.sg/climbgym.html. There's a Facebook account too, and there's a video of a damn pro fella doing a 7a route which ends at the roof. AHHH!!! Wed: Went to K-lunch with Wing and Bin Bin, and later joined by Te. Bad food, really. Couldn't even stomach the rice at all. Had fun though, singing tons of ABBA songs - Mamma Mia!!!

Then it was night and out we went to have some dinner at ECP - Manda's fav 'salted veg & duck soup', followed by dessert at Xin Wang.
There was Michy and her Mrs

Blur Jian &

Mandy with her 'I love Mango Pomelo' look

Brought Kino to the vet for another check up and this time, we received GOOD news! She's put on 1 kg, is no longer suffering from fever and her red blood cell count has increased! Yay! Here's to a healthy and happy Kino (though she seemed a bit emo when Vodka wasn't there with her):

Was bored in the car on our way to the vet and played with Dan's phone... found out it has this cool function of combining 3 photos into one!

Thurs: Went to JB with Bin Bin today for a relaxing Thai massage, before shopping and eating tons of good food, including delish kueh bahulu while it was still hot, great herbal tea egg, mangoes and finally, lunch at Sushi King. Glad cos I made purchases today! 4 tops, to be exact!

Just look at the astounding amt of motorcycles parked opposite City Sq!

After a long day of shopping, time to get back to S'pore! Went over to Vivo to meet Dan before our dinner at 88.
Perhaps you can't tell from this pic, but the sunset was amazing! Just look at the next pic!

Went over to PLC cos we were early and spotted these beauties:
101 Dalmations?

A very sad looking Shiba Inu

The families went to 88 Restaurant for dinner today in celebration of Dan's aunt's bday, as well as to utilise the $300 voucher we received for booking our banquet there, with the agenda being to test the food, it if is nice. So here's the 10 course meal... (unofficially 11 cos of the duck):
Instead of the normal peanuts, they served us with these peas for appetizers

1: Shou Tao

2. Peking Duck

3: Shark's Fin Soup

4. Duck meat (leftovers from the Peking Duck)

5. Pacific clams and broccoli

6. Sea bass or grouper, I can't recall

7. Fresh boiled live prawns

8. Asparagus wrapped in prawn meat and Abalone

9. The salted chicken

10. Ee-mee

11. Dessert: White fungus 8 Treasures

Happy Birthday Auntie! Nothing says it better than an Awfully Choc cake

Here's one of the family

I wear my heart on my chest

The verdict of the restaurant? I think it's superb, although it is pricey. The food is great - super fresh esp for seafood. The food was yummy and simple, the service great as well. Well, I guess we made the right choice going with them.

Celebrating Cayla's 5th @ Sentosa!

It's a pretty weeetle girl's birthday and we decided to bring her out after some much missed prawn noodles... had a great day in Sentosa, although all the walking killed me. Went on the luge and sky ride for the first time today and it was DAMN fun!! Anyways, took about 500+ photos today... HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAYLA!

Lunch: Hei mee! Yummy-licious! Missed this stall's prawn noodles!

Someone ran out from work to come eat with us... tsk tsk

Super delish fish cakes! The best ever!!!

Then we met Cayla and surprised her by shouting Happy Birthday when she opened the car door. Poor girl, thought we were going to the market to buy seafood. Tricked her in order the catch her unawares by the surprise planned ahead. Came to a point where we tricked her into thinking that we were bringing her to the beach to catch her own seafood!

Then, we presented her with her first surprise, a tiny bday cake, which she didn't eat in the end though. Sobs. Nevertheless, it was a yummy one!

She's 5!!

Ooooh, means she can now legally get on the climbing rope!

Look at how she's bending down to drink her beloved Slurpee!

Peek-a-pillar

Aww, she so loves her Manda Jie Jie

Stopping for some ice-cream along the way in the sweltering hot weather

Nope, your second surprise isn't there!

Blindfolded till the final destination

Look at the joy on her face when we revealed our secret location and surprise number 2!

Tigress on the prowl for FUN!

Helmets make people do weird stuff. I think they compress the brain or something.
Symptom 1: Making distorted funny faces

Symptom 2: Becoming retarded

Symptom 3: Engaging in weird finger pointing habit

Heading for our first ride!

Luigi! Linguini! Luge!

Look, Buddha came over to bless Cayla for her birthday

Yeah, that's why we went THREE times! Wooohoooo!

Literally 'helmet heads'

Apparently Jian either misses girls too much or might just be trying on implant sizes.

She's 5!

Peek-a-boo! Guess who's behind us?

For once, you look quite and very slightly cool in a photo, so I decided to post this

The happy family

Cayla was so thirsty she couldn't wait till her coconut was served, so she decided to take a sip out of Jian's shirt

Paid for pictures - we gave these to Cayla for memento, and all we have of them are the digital versions of the actual photos. Kids get the best, don't they?

Tsk tsk... all the PESSians are getting out of hand - alcohol by mid-day? Aiks!
Amanda and her Vodka Lime (I think) (btw, reminds u of a certain pic taken of Cayla earlier??)

Sheryl and her beer

Jian and his strawberry margarita

This girl makes simple coconut look like a rare delicacy. Look at the expression on her face!

Obviously bullied by an obvious someone with chubby hands

Is Cayla the only one who knows where the camera is? Such a clever girl!

This girl packs a mighty kick!

Leaving Sentosa, on to FOOD!

It's a beautiful day

This is her 'yo, what's up' pose.

The many new faces of Cayla. It's wondrous what a new hairdo can do:
Oooh, wavy... nice bangs too...

I like this one! Looks like IC photo. Haha!

Please ignore the spoon. She was enjoying the QQ Balls so much that she wldn't put down the spoon.

Our Highness, the Victorian Queen

The orgasmic mango dessert, according to Seow. Cheap and good! Great find Amanda!

Cayla and Zebra Kor Kor having a good time booing at Sheryl Jie Jie who has a butt on her mouth and farts her butt off (according to Cayla, but to no objections from us, of course)

Chilled at Manda's house for a while where we were greeted by a much more tamer and less excitable Chip! He's so cute, esp with his satallite dish ears!

Dinner at Cartel for the 3 super duper tired nannies for the day:

Zi Jian is obviously damn tired... can close his eyes whilst going through the menu too... zzzzz...

As for me? I asked for the bill from the waiter, when I was actually holding onto the bill already. Result: A super blur look and chuckle from the waiter.

And as for Ms Seow? She's aparently lost her mind. Here's the meat that our dear Ms Seow:

insists is NOT muscle.

SS: I didn't know ribs had meat. I thought it was just muscle.
E & Z: But meat is muscle what.
SS: No, we can't possibly eat muscle. I confirm we don't eat muscle lor.
E: How about chickens? What do we eat when we eat whole chickens?
SS: Meat lor!
E: So chickens don't have muscles?
SS: No.. meat only what.
E: Then how do they move without muscles?
SS: ......... But we don't eat muscles!! I confirm! I will go back and Google it.

Finished off the day by stopping by Mom's place to help Dan polish his car. See how shiny it is now? Ooooh... plus, I'm nursing a hell of a muscle ache now too. Been super long since I've ached all over like this. Seems more tiring to be on a break than having normal lessons, but I'd rather this!
