Sicky Sicky

Felt under the weather yesterday - prob due to the super cold aircon I was exposed to yesterday no matter where we went... resulted in shivering in the MRT on our way back home. Turns out I was having a fever. But all thanks to Xu Yong and Wellin's old school remedy, I'm all well now! Had to down a cup of rather yucky tea and wrap myself in the blanket to force myself to sweat. And it was so freaking hot! Ended up waking up within half and hour, sweltering like a pig in a blanket. Couldn't really sleep after that so decided to go out and watch TV. Happened to catch the second half of the Chealsea vs Newcastle match, and I must say that Chealsea played superbly! Their passing was wonderfully accurate and their advances were rather undeniable. Defence was amazingly impenetrable as well. Can't wait for Euro to start though... miss watching Germany play, and other teams too, although it's quite sad that Portugal no longer has Figo and France no longer has Zidane. Darn... there goes 2 less hotties to watch...

Oh, I woke up to a cat meowing loudly this morning, at 6am. I was sleeping in the living room cos I wanted to watch tv, so anyways, I turned round and saw a cat's tail swaying at the window. When I grabbed my spects to have a better look, the cat scampered off so I thought nothing of it. So I went back to sleep. Then a few minutes later, I heard the cat meowing again, and this time, it actually jumped through the window and into the living room! So I was so shocked by it that I scampered off the sofa and grabbed my spects, finding myself faced with this gray cat in my living room. Luckily, Vodka was sleeping in the room with Dan, otherwise, I think the cat would have been scared shitless. Anyways, I walked towards the cat and it was kinda scared, so it backed off, though it was still meowing, at me. Then I just opened the main door and off it scampered through my metal gate. I think it somehow managed to jump onto the ledge outside my window and was too afraid to jump off, so it decided to jump into my house instead to find a way to get down.

After that, I just went back to sleep. And at about 8.30am, I got rudely awakened again, this time because I felt something pounce on me! I was so shocked I jumped right awake, and have been awake since. Guess what landed on me?? If you guessed it was the gray cat, you're sooooooooo wrong! Haha... Dan came out to give me a hug before he left for work. But he did scare me awake.

Well, we went over to see Hashim's son, Rayyen. He's so cute and so tiny, but with so much soft hair! Couldn't keep my hands off his hair. Haha... well, there's the first baby of our class.
