vivo

Went climbing today, finally...!! Also got my very own harness today! Bought a Black Diamond, XS... on offer too... hehe... think I got a good buy, though there was a female's harness that was nicer... too bad they didn't have my size... ended up buying the unisex one... no regrets though... tested it out after purchasing it while climbing at Climb Adventure... good fit actually, though still a tad big even with it tightened to the max... nonetheless, managed to get it at $70... somewhat within my estimated budget...

Was so tiring though, after the hiatus from climbing... will have to carry on climbing regularly to get the rhythm and techniques back... unfortunately, really lost it all... no strength in the arms, not using the legs at all, no finger strength too... almost 'died' while climbing a route that solely relied on finger strength till the last 2 holds... aiks... but it was a good workout nonetheless... going again on Thurs and hopefully, it will be a better day for climbing, for both Saiful and me... cos both of us kinda lost the touch...

Ended climbing by 7.30pm and left for Vivo City... hehe... yes, the shopping freaks went shopping again today... still getting lost in Vivo City and the place is so freaking big I'm having such a dull ache in my legs now... but then again, that could be due to the climbing... hehe... anyways, we shopped around and tried on a few jackets in a couple of shops... saw the ZARA pants again today... so nice! Really feel like purchasing it... argh... anyways, hope it goes on discount soon so I can get it at a lower price... haha...

Went up to the third level on Vivo City and we actually went into the wading pool... despite it being really dark and we really weren't sure how deep the water was or what condition it was in... perhaps, like Saiful said, ignorance is bliss... it was better that we didn't know what else lurked in the water, or what colour the water (perhaps polluted by numerous stinky feet soaking in it) has become... anyways, we were trying to walk from one end to the other, but halfway through the walk, the water got deeper and we weren't sure how much deeper it would get, so we got out instead when it reached over our shins. Plus, Saiful was wearing pants so not that good of an idea anyways. It was really fun though... cos the water was like cold and warm in some areas, and I was kicking the water around... felt like we were at a beach or something...

Went on the deck and looked out towards Sentosa and star-gazed too... several couples and groupies were there too... quite crowded place for the night, actually... but it's a really wonderful place for a romantic night out... (bb, bring me there someday, k? Can stargaze there... I like...)

I've been reading some of my old diary entries and feeling kinda sad about someone whom I have lost contact with... but I guess it's too late to regret or do anything about it... just wondering how friends can actually end up losing contact with one another, and how the relationship can actually change so drastically with time... I guess it's just something that we have to cope with through life... some of the people I wrote about, I can't even remember their faces, or who they are... which is kinda funny... but it really brought back some great memories, about how life used to be, how everything seemed so much more important and so much so dramatic... hehe... miss such 'exciting' events in life...

Went over to play with Vodka on Sunday, and since I was the only one in the living room with him that day (cos Dan was sleeping and everyone else was in their rooms), Vodka actually was kinda keen to play with me. I was sitting on the couch watching tv when he came to me with a cloth bone that we play tug with in his mouth, and looked at me as if beckoning me to play with him, so I did... how can i resist his sad puppy eyes?? After a while, I resumed watching the tv prog and he came back later, barking at me, then turning to walk off, before turning back to me to bark at me, taunting me to chase him... so that resulted in me playing with him again, this time in a game of push and tumble... hehe... the last time he beckoned me to play with him (before Danny, his idol, came out from the room and warranted all his attention) was with the cloth bone again, but this time, he dropped it in front of on the couch where I was lying... he's just so adorable!!!

Was at a pet shop in Yishun yesterday buying supplies for my hamsters, and saw this adorable Shizu with a pink tail. She's so adorable though cos she flopped on her back to let Dan scratch her tummy, and she would shake her legs in enjoyment. When it was my turn, she actually curled up her body and she was so cute! Then the huge Saint Bernard came in... and he sniffed my hand, leaving it wet... but he's a nice dog too... very calm, but super big! Dan actually ventured on to scratch his gigantic tummy... woah... looking at the size of his feet and his mouth, I can't imagine what would happen if we accidentaly stepped on his foot... prob will result in us losing a certain body part that's within his biting reach... yikes... also saw a pretty little puppy, that looked like a German Shepard, though the owner wasn't too sure... she's really pretty and sweet, merely 3 months old...

Oh, at this pet shop where Vodka goes to clean his wound, we saw these cute puppies for sale there... there was this adorable 3-month-old Husky, pure white with stunning blue eyes... and another red one that was already sold, also with blue eyes... then there was a miniature maltese which was so tiny and adorable, and a beautiful Jack Russel, which had a body that was entirely white without markings, but with nice black and brown markings on the head. Plus, it entertained me by playing with me, even though we were seperated by the glass and it's cage...

Bangkok trip's next Friday! Looking forward and counting down to the day...
