idiosyncrasies

Here's my list of idiosyncrasies, as ordered by Sonia Ong Yin Li~ heehee

1) I'm a worry-wart. I worry when I should, and I worry when there's absolutely no need to. I am the exact opposite of the happy-go-lucky man on the street. Tell me that an asteriod will hit earth (which I did read about in the papers actually) and I will think it's the end of the earth. I actually did think that armegeddon was going befall upon us on New Year's Eve 2000. Yes, I worry the heck out of nothing.

2) I cry... a lot. I cry when I'm upset, I cry when I'm happy, I cry when I'm worried, I cry when I'm sick. Basically, I cry a LOT. I've always been a cry baby since young anyways. I guess it's in the genes. This is one that gets on Dan's nerves... a lot.

3) I hate it when people address me by my full name. ABSOLUTELY HATE IT! DETEST IT! Ok? Get it now???

4) I'm a perfectionist who is lazy by nature. I want things done my way, but I'm also lazy to do it the best I can. That sounds like a contradiction, but oh wells, you get what I mean right?

5) I, like Ms Sonia Ong Yin Li, am also a competitive gal. Above that, I'm also narcissistic. I think I am the best and I aim to beat people down. I play games with the hope of winning, although I always say that I'm not out to win. Case in point, my entry on me gloating after winning Dan's nephew in a children's game. Yes, I am THAT loathsome.

6) I am indecisive. Ask me what I want to do and I'll say "I dunno. Anything lor." I am the worst first date candidate. I am the type with all objections, no suggestions. I will tell you I don't want to do, but I won't be able to tell you what I want to do. Confused? Well, don't be. Cos even I am sometimes confused by what's going on in my mind too. Which leads me to my next point...

7) I am an emotional whirlwind. I can be moody in a minute and a crazy wacko psycho bitch the next. My mind is just mood-swinging like crazy. At times I'm a loner, while other times I'm a talkative bratty nuisance. If you don't believe this, you can alwasy check with Dan and his pals. They're always on the receiving end of my non-stop nonsensical rantings.

8) I'm a control freak. I need everything to be in order, in the way I like 'em. I'm less of this nowadays, I dunno why. But I guess I'll have to attribute this to my experience in group work in my poly days. It's either you are the one who talks a lot and suggests a lot, or you are the one who just keeps quiet and shuts up. I tend to give up trying to argue with the other person, i.e. the domineering person in the group, after much experience on how my thoughts just seem to make no sense when I voice them out. Sometimes I just want things done my way, and I bring out all the nonsensical and totally unreasonable reasons just to have it my way. Usually this doesn't work, so I guess yeah, that's probably why I'm less of a control freak now.

9) I love to shop and to travel. My greatest weakness? Shopping in Bangkok! Shopping for tons of shoes and bags! Which is why I also end up dreaming a lot ~ dreaming of how I can one day, perhaps, strike it rich and buy tons of stuff and go travelling like crazy. Just up and go as and when I want. Ah... the joy of shopping even when I have nothing to buy.

10) I am tight on my finances. Once again, this seems like a contradiction to my previous point. Well, this just goes to show how contradictory and how long-winded and deviating I am. Anyways, back to my point. Yes, I keep close track on my monthly expenditure. However, the figures seem to be increasing with the passing of time. That's bad... geee. Time to tighten the wallet once again. At least this is after I have already purchased tons of tops for CNY and shoes from KL. The only things missing? A new bag and new lingerie. Hah! Ok, deviating once again. Sorry!

Now's my turn to order people to do this? I liiiike. Muakakaka!!

- Danny Lim Kanson
- Charles (gee, I forgot your full name dude! But then again, can you blame me for that? haha! Just be grateful I didn't attempt to spell it out here. :{P)
