Here's what happened at work today...

Read the entire TODAY paper... and I mean every page... then proceeded to read The Straits Times... read through most of the stories and sections except the Life! section...

Oh, also helped to make a couple of bookings and answered a couple of enquiries... and most of the time, transferred calls to my colleagues... hmmmm... interesting u say? i beg to differ...
