shopping shopping!
A day to pamper...
It's X'mas eve! Well, i'm working today so i can't really do anything special... so i guess i did most of that yesterday... i bought a couple of things, including the chocolate for the gift exchange at Country Manna... also went to pluck my eye brows... wanna look good for the hols ya see... hehe... came home and was making something special for my dear when Li Sien called and asked me to go shopping with her at J8... so i said yes and met up with her at 6pm...
oh, before that, i went to develop photos and used this Kodak booth... instant photo developing for digital pics... so cool... all the photos came out in 4R and u can edit how it looks... can add words and frame the photos... a normal print is 50cents per piece... which is about the same price as the normal developing... but it's still quite ex, i think... haiz... it was fun to use though and it was quite fast... can also send pics thru bluetooth, IR and even insert ur memorycards in to print from... so cool right? haha...
Anyways, met up with Li Sien at J8 and she gave me a X'mas card and a pretty package of sweet goodies... hehe... so sweet of her... was so embarrassed cos i didn't get her anything... but i'm gonna get her a birthday cum christmas present... it's her b-day today actually! happy birthday xiao zhu zhu! hehe...
We shopped around and went for dinner at Secret Recipe... the food there was not bad but the best thing was the cheesecake! so nice! even better than the one at Lips! hehe... i think i'll be visiting there soon again to have the cheesecake... we went for more shopping after that and she bought a couple of things... went to eat more stuff later... haha... we shared this fried chicken cutlet... the XXL Taiwan one... and shared a 'mee sua'... very nice! must try! but the portion was quite small, considering it was $3... after that, we got ourselves some drinks and left for more shopping...
Went to Fox and we both bought the same jacket! haha... it was on offer, going for $15... she got the red one while i got the dark gray one... hehe... i like it! it looks so hip-hop and gym at the same time... haha... reminds me of when Sly wore that shiny sweater at SI... singing "I Swear"... haha... it also keeps me warm cos it's got like wool inside... so comfy! can't wait to wear it on Mon... hehe...
Well, i had a great day with Li Sien... and i think i'll be meeting her on Mon for tea at Tea Party again! haha... it's becomea ritual kinda thing now... haha...
Oh, saw this Ch 8 actress at City Link Adidas that day when Charles, Xie Jun, Dan and me went shopping... she's Carole Lim... if i'm not wrong... she's so thin... and she's really got a stern face when she doesn't smile...
And our AI peeps had a gathering last Sat... it was quite fun... i ate all the prawns, except for one which i gave Fazli... haha... but it was fun meeting all of them again... looking forward to the next gathering (Pulau Ubin hike ar!)
