cookies and pizza!

Went over to Vanessa's place just now... we had sooo much food! hahaha... haven't seen her in a while and met her in Causeway Pt...

When i was waiting for her, i saw this schoolmate of mine... she used to be in AI and she was in Oklahoma as well... she kinda has the reputation of benig promiscuous so pardon me when i make this assumption... the has this little girl with her and she didn't look like she was babysitting... so, u get the gist... i was tempted to go say hi but i think she 1) doesn't remember me and 2) will surely not like me to know if she really already has a child...

anyways, Van was abt 20 min late... nvm... u let me use ur kitchen and teach me how to make good food... i love u~ hahaha... went to coldstorage to get our ingredients... we were planning on making pizza and cookies... bought potato wedges along the way too... we are such greedy monsters, no?

went over to her place and saw April (the dog, not my friend i mentioned in my previous entry...) haven't seen her in sooooo long... she's gotten fatter... haha... well, she looked kinda aneroxic when i last saw her so... haha... anyways, she kinda kept jumping around me, sniffing everywhere... and i mean EVERYWHERE... haha... but tht's wat dogs do... she's friendlier now... she used to bark and try to bite me in the past... and wouldn't like me touching her tht much... but it's much better now... i kept playing with her... she's such a nice dog... come to think of it, she may just be nice cos i fed her some ham... hmmmm... damn...

we had wedges first... baked not fried... haha... healthy lifestyle ok! the we prepared the pizza... i had no idea it was so easy yet fun to make one... i kinda loaded a little too much toppings and it was kinda thick... but i like it! hehe... we made hawiian pizza... very nice... she said she had pineapples at her place but guess wat, turns out she didn't... so we actually took out the pineapple wedges from those canned lychees with pineapples inside them... the thought of it is quite hilarious actually... by the time we finished the pizza, we were stuffed... all thanks to the wedges... potatoes high in carbo... they bad, bad i say...

we went on to make cookies... chocolate chips... clever us didn't want to use the electric beater so had our workout of the day when we mixed the dough... i even broke her whisk... opps... sorry gal... anyways, we used 'agaration' for some of the measurements... but tht's what pros do, as Van says... okie dokie then...

made so many batches of cookies! i took home a 2L ice-cream tub full... haha... most of it will end up in Dan's tummy i guess... a little too crunchy for some reason... i dunno why... maybe 'agaration' wasn't tht good an idea after all... :P

we ended up making another pizza for dinner... ran out of pineapples so we just made do with ham and cheese... lots of cheese... kinda went overboard with the cheese... it bubbled all the way out onto the pan... opps...

pizza wasn't enuff and we had instant noodles... vegetarian... it was nice though... the soup base was tasty... and we added mushrooms, crabstick and fish balls... vegetarian no more! hehe... but i was stuffed after all that...

was watching SI while eating... it's time for Chrissypoo to go! he can't sing for goodness sake... and all those girls out there voting for him, pls open ur ears and hear him for once... HE CAN"T SING!! Tauffic shld also stop imitating the singers of the songs he's singing... my goodness, this is a singing competition, not an imitation competition... and Daphne... she must go too... i can't see why the judges can say she's good... i simply can't stand her voice... when she started singing the song, i got goosebumps... really... she's got too cute a voice... she belongs to the Mickey Mouse Club, not SI... and Sylvester... erm, the not-quite-there-rocker... pls man... u r not fooling the audience with ur jazz rendition... i dunno why Florence said tht u looked comfortable singing tht song and why Douglas said u didn't try to turn it into a rock song... ur voice just made it one... and ur sentimental look... pls, i'd rather look at April (the dog)... she looks more sincere than u...

must be wondering why i'm slamming all these contestants... it's cos after so many weeks... i really can't stand them anymore... i think SI is just a hoax and a failure... so many people whom shld have gone have stayed and so many whom shld have stayed are gone... my gosh... u r paying 50c per vote... pls dun waste them on undeserving contestants... geez... anyways, this is just a piece of my mind... anyone can think the way they want but this is truly how i think... oh, and another thing, Gurmit had the label of his shirt sticking out for most of the show... it was kinda embarrassing watching him... sheesh...
